It was dark and morbid outside, and everything seemed so still except for the movement in Sadie’s room which was usual, at this time of night, well mourning. Sadie ,need to get out and get out quick before the other wake up, Sasha was sleeping at her friend house and Scott and her mother was up in their rooms hopefully. Sadie pulled off her pajamas pants and pulled up a pair of black jeans, taking off her sweatshirt that she was wearing, because it was clod in her room .Replacing it with a long sleeved shirt, that was black in color, and placing another shirt blue and green in color, horizontal shirts with a white collar. She look in her floor length mirror on the back of her bedroom door and folded the collar done. Fixing her hair real quick, and grabbed her jacket, cropped denim blue jacket. She head for the window opening it up so she would have a way to get in later., but not a total amount, just enough she stick her finger tips in so she could push it open. Pulled her certain, closed and she opened her door, quietly, closing it behind her.

Going ingot the kitchen Grabbing her cell phone, and her ipod, and sticking them in her pants pockets, then she was heading for the front door when she heard people coming down the stairs, she quickly went to the door, opened it and shut it quietly. Pulling her denim jacket on then she put her cell phone in one pocket and her ipod in the other, she untangled the wires to the head phones and placed them in her ear, and she was off walking down the road, once she reached the corner ,she crossed and head into the woods, she could see the trail ,she usually walks which brings her to the main part of town. She walks the trail and sings along silently, so no one can here her.. Her hands placed in her pants pockets and she jumping over logs and sticks and whatever else is in this trail, she could never tell you cause she rarely walks this trail in the light. Why? You might asks, she doesn’t even know, she just doesn’t.

The trail comes to an end and she steps out on to the street nearly blinded by the lights, that the streets are lit up by, and the car that was coming right at her, she closed her eyes and waited for the car to make a let or a right, it decide to make a right, so Sadie went left, which brought her into town, the streets seemed to be bare, well beside the group of kids hanging out in front of the store, but they never leave that store, well most of them that is. Danny’s seemed to be closed, because the light was dimmed and no one seemed to be in there, but Kat’s seemed top be more than open, lit up bright and everything, and plus, Kat’s was closer, pulling a hand out of her pocket to open the door and the warm air drew her in from there she ordered a coffee, and paid and thanked the lady behind the counter and took it to a seat. They were comfortable, and she didn’t mind it that much, it was not what she is use to, she is use to Danny’s but she has been her a few times in the past.

Sadie just sat there sipping her coffee. She had taken her earphones out of her ear and placed it back in her pocket, placed her phone on the table, it was a sidekick, she hated talking on the thing, but she love typing on it. She quickly flipped it up and began to IM a friend, and old friend that moved away but they still keep in touch.

The darkness surrounded Jon in the eerie way he loved. Smiling he rolled along the street dodging the people who were still out at this time of night. He didn’t need to go home, not with his parents. Eventually Johnny would go back to his warm bed and the slumber that waited for him, but at that moment he didn’t feel inclined to. Instead he glided on shadows, kicking the board forward to continue on every now and again. The wind brushed his face and ran its fingers through his hair in a soothing manner that relaxed him and put him in a good mood. Staring up at the dark clouds that blocked out the stars he felt in his element.

Stopping he picked up his board and continued at a walk. Without the light Johnny’s skills were at their prime. Those who dared come out at night, were subject to his quick fingers. Without thinking he tended to steal, but now he was actually trying, just encase there would be reason to fear one of those strangers. It wasn’t like they were fellow wests, or easts, no he was in south territory. Sadly their wallets weren’t as full as that of the easts, but he didn’t feel up for a stroll in such dangerous territory. Pulling out wallets, ipods and other little things as he went he collected the cash for a drink.

Looking around he placed himself near Kat’s and noticed it was still open as he approached. Slipping inside he walked right up to the counter and ordered a cup of hot chocolate and brownie. Typically delicious treats of a café. Pulling out some of the money he had recently acquired he paid and turned to find a seat. As Jonathon looked around he was surprised to spot a familiar face. Approaching Sadie, he couldn’t keep the smile off his face as he asked, “Mind if I join you?”

Sadie giggled slight but, the giggle was interrupted by a bust of cold air, that came into the door, and when she looked up it was no other than her favorite Tucker, well the only one she got to know anyway, since they were wests, and she was and she was an east. But they are always exceptions to the rules, and he sure as hell was one. The smile that crept on to her face, was there for now, he was always so much fun to hang out with, no matter where they were.

She watched the boy walking and order, Hot chocolate and a brownie. It made her laugh reminded her, of when she was younger, she use to love them, when Scott was around, but now he is but he isn’t. She looked up and saw him walking towards her not thinking anything of it. She took another sip of her coffee . “Mind if I join you?” rang through her head. To her surprised-well no really but- it was Jonathan Tucker. “Of course you can only because you are my favorite Tucker.” She was with a smile as she told her friend she had to go before she, close her side kick and she put it in her pocket.

Her smile just wouldn’t leave knowing, that she was going to have a blast with this boy. “So my lovely fellow, what have you been up to?” She said as she placed her hair behind her ear, and unzipped her, Jacket taking it off and place it next to her. She collapsed her hands over the warm cup of coffee, talking another sip of it, still smiling.

Johnny was normally an extreme west so it was a bit odd he socialized so well with an east. It had been one of those days when he was in a good mood that he had met Sadie, he hadn’t cared at that moment and so he didn’t care now. Sure she was privileged in ways he wasn’t, but he learned she didn’t have things he had. Pretty much all the other easts, Jon hates just because of that fact. Whether it’s just how things are, or that he’s seen too much of it one can’t say for sure, but Jonathon is true to his side… most of the time.

He knew his choice was childish, but that was his way of things. After a lot of time with his little brothers he got to eating the same food as them, especially when he stole their snacks at home when he was hungry. The hot chocolate had one reason, Jon didn’t need caffeine. Smiling he put down his snack and took his precious board from under his arm and dropped it on the floor. Sitting down into a slouch he got comfortable and rested his foot on the board, it was useful when he got fidgety. “Well that’s saying a lot, considering how freakin’ many of us there are,” was said in response well he grinned.

As long as she was smiling he wouldn’t be able to stop grinning, it was one of those things he liked about her. “A bit of late night work,” he said lightly referring to his thievery, “And you?” He took a bite of brownie and chased it with a sip of the steaming chocolate drink. After picking it up he kept one hand on the warm cup.

Sadie, was into the whole east not hanging out with the west, but she would hang out with a south occasionally but that was to the extent, she end stop hanging out, talking to that boy who was born and east and chose to be a west. She can’t even look at him, sometimes she just want to spit on him. But everybody has that type of person they just could careless about, but Sadie has more than one of them.

Sadie could be this person she couldn’t be around another boy, she could be that loveable Sadie, and pretty much not care, because the East has this image of her to be this cold-hearted bitch, which usually is true but not all the time. Sadie could loosed up, lose a couple layers and they’d still be fine. Sadie can’t just do that with just any guy.

“A bit of late night work” she laughed, knowing that west are known for stealing. “Magic fingers haven’t fail you yet.” she said. She smirked. “oh me, just need to get away from the loving family” she said sarcastically about the loving family part. She shook her head slightly. “Scott is so god damn annoying,” she said with an eye roll. Taking another sip of her coffee. She knew the Tuckers where a close knit family, way closer than hers, but any family is closer than hers. She always wondered how it always worked, having ten kids, she was lucky they were ever able to sit at the table before someone bit someone heads off. It was mostly, Sadie and Scott or Sadie and her mother but hey that’s how their family ran.

“Anyways meet any new and exciting hot chicks?” she said with a half smile before she took a sip of her coffee. Sadie would always ask that question to every guy friend she had, just cause it was an easy conversation starter, but she could be fine just starting at the boy cause she know he’ll fine a way to make her smile even if he didn’t say any words

Jon talked to souths, those who were leaning to be wests more than those leaning to be easts, but he did. As well he talked to anyone who came into the Pizza Palace with as much charm and as many manners as could be mustered, but that was work. As for Marc, the east who turned west, Jonathon didn’t have much of a problem with him. Sure he had been an east, and he didn’t completely trust him, but the real reason Jon didn’t talk to him now was that their personalities didn’t match.

Jon saw Sadie as so different from himself, but that was what interested him. He also loved finding out that they had things in common. Even worlds apart there were similar things in peoples lives. One thing really confused him about her at times though. Of coarse he had heard she was cold, but he never saw that.

He grinned, proud of his heritage. Yes, he did consider his fingers something his father had given him along with the pick pocketing lessons. Jon had quick, gentle fingers and a natural talent that left him confused as to when he filled his pockets. This habit of thievery also kept him away from the mall and very crowded places most of the time. Jon nodded sympathetically, having heard about the family before. “Has he done something particular, or more of the norm?” Jon asked, honestly interested. He was used to being close to his family, even when he wanted to ring their necks. The sixteen kids of Robyn and Finn had grown up knowing nothing, but a lack of privacy. Jon wanted to leave Loserville someday, but he dreaded leaving his family. He could only imagine how alone he’d feel without the atmosphere of constant movement and commotion of home.

Pausing to actually think Johnny replied, “Nah, can’t remember any of ‘em now that I’m with you.” Taking another deep drink from his hot chocolate he added, “Any new guys in your life?” It would probably be more common for Sadie to have met a guy than Johnny to meet a girl. He was constantly in motion and even if a girl did catch his eye chances are he’d forget her unless she made an impression. Not to mention most of the girls he did meet were Jared fans.

Sadie could honestly say that when she was with this Tucker, amongst another person in the world she could be herself, let her true colors show. Well in the midst of the dark, is where this friendship hid, and so did her true colors. They meet way before, this Tucker and this Huntzburger did. She always did live in fear, fear of the acceptance that she would get, once those yellows and greens showed rather than those grays and navys.

“Just a bunch of the norm stuff that I have vented to you many times“ she said with a smile. Taking another sip of the coffee she had gotten, her hand had left from around the cup and brought it to her knee, which was know being brought to her chest. Her foot was on the clean, booth cushion and her hand was wrapped around it. “Nah, can’t remember any of ‘em now that I’m with you.” she smiled when he said that, her mind went into awe, no one said something that sweet to her, but then again she normally doesn’t pay attention to these boys. But she hasn’t had someone say something, so meaningful in a while. “ I think that deserves something“ she said as she leaned over the table, pushing up with the bent leg and both hand were on the table. She kissed him on the check. And she went back, slowly. She was smiling again.-well she never really stopped. “So as for any new boys, nope but there is this old one, that it some what catching my heart“ She said, with a wider smile, this time showing her pearly whites.

Since, Johnny was a grade younger he might not have gotten the whole trail she was leaving, but boys are a mysterious, creatures, that do still amazing, and disappoint the opposite gender. Sure Sadie meets guys everyday, but they never seem to stick around, she usually end off scaring them away one way or another. Or she ditches them because they aren’t interesting. Usually their topic are about cars, and it isn’t that Sadie doesn’t like cars it the fact that, these boy think she know nothing about them when she does, know a lot about them.

She took another sip from her coffee wondering what his reaction would be like, you could never predict these, Tucker boys, but then again she didn’t like predictable, so it all worked out.

Johnny had a habit of letting his true colours show to the world and wearing his feelings, or at least his happiness, on his sleeve. Though he can hide it all, especially when he has something to focus on, Sadie was one of those people he liked enough to go full out at times. He knew she understood all his odd habits, from his constant twitchy movement to him doodling when he was trying to pay close attention. The black book was a high complement, though most thought it was an insult.

Nodding to her answer Johnny took a large bite of brownie, about half of what was on his plate, filling his mouth with chocolate. He swallowed it fairly fast, giving him little time to chew before it was gone. Chasing it with a long drink of steaming hot chocolate he let this substance wash out his mouth and throat a bit. Normally Johnny wasn’t that sweat, no he was polite to his costumers and flirted a bit for tips, but what he said to Sadie was true. He didn’t lie to those he liked and the truth had always come easy to his tongue, especially when he was inspired. As soon as she kissed his cheek Jon was smiling his trade mark smile. The large toothy one that made him look a bit foolish, but fit him so well.

It was surprising what Johnny picked up on when he was listening. True he was rarely listening and trailed off half way through his own sentences (Especially if he had been drinking), but there were times like these when he was doing his best to pay attention. It may have been just chance, but he caught the sentence. “Ah geeze,” he said in a somewhat joking tone, “And I thought I had a chance.”

Looking around a moment Johnny chugged down his hot chocolate and picked up the rest of his chocolate treat. “You want to go somewhere?” he asked, standing up as he spoke. Johnny couldn’t sit still long and he couldn’t stay in the same place for to long. He had no idea where he would go now, but he needed to be moving again. The only question would be whether, or not Sadie would come. He was already considering the possible places the town offered at night… Well most things were closed, or closing now, the city was open to a Tucker. Jon never left home without a lock pick kit and that only left one question. Would he need it tonight, or did he plan on going somewhere outside?

That smile he had made he smile, even more. It made her chuck lightly too. He was a blast to be around, and she found him easy to talk to, unlike all the boys she has meet, he didn’t talk about cars, well not as much as the rest of them. She slide her knee back down to the floor. She tapped her foot softly, old habits are hard to kick. But she never exactly tried to stop the habit.

“Ah geeze, And I thought I had a chance.” made her smile ever wide, letting her teeth show. It was one of those smiles of Sadie’s that you really don’t get to see very often. Usually she wouldn’t let it show, but tonight was an exception. She wasn’t the type to blurt out things and she wasn’t about to start now, although she wanted, to tell him that it was him, but, she wasn’t what you would want to call an expert in the boys categories, that is why she’s isn’t a big partier like her younger sister.

She watched him finish, his brownie and wonder what would happen next. She didn’t want her coffee anymore, it was boring her. Coffee was never her thing although she dinks it often to keep her self motivated, have the artificially energy that she is always getting in trouble for but hey, if you had as many sleepless night as she has, you would need it to. Her eyes, gazed down at the floor but was suddenly brought up by Jonathan’s voice. Asking if she wanted to go somewhere. She grabbed her jacket and stood up.“Show me the way cowboy” Why did she just referred to him as a cowboy , she never know, placing her jacket on and waiting for Jonathan to show her the way.

ooc; Sorry, it is pretty crappy. =]

The brilliant charm of Jon’s smile was just that. It was so foolishly large it made others laugh. It was contagious and one of his best trait’s at times. Jon wasn’t like other boys, but then again he was. Instead of cars he loved skateboards, instead of sports he enjoyed video games. It was pretty simple really, he was a bit of a nerdy, punkish, thieving, west with a minor case of ADD. Which explained the gentle rolling of his skateboard bellow the table.

Johnny had long ago made it a point to make Sadie smile. Well when he used to try, now he spoke the truth and it worked far better. Those smiles were what it was all about, for a guy with a crush. It was obvious that he liked her, his heart told him that. He was used to it pounding in his chest by now, racing when she smiled, or got close, or kissed his cheek. The little things he lived for in the friendship, though he didn’t really show it, it was far more fun to flirt and fool around than admit you had real feelings for an east.

Rarely did the boy drink coffee, but he had on occasion. The caffeine just made him more energetic and after scaring some people with how much he moved he had sworn off it, for the most part. He found hot chocolate and steamed milks just as good when he wanted something hot and alcohol when he didn’t. Johnny grinned and grabbed his skateboard, not even taking notice to the cowboy reference. He trotted out the door, stopping to hold it open for her with his finger tips and looking both ways. Now where to go..? He decided they’d go right, though what he was heading for that way he didn’t quite know.

((Nah, it wasn’t ^^))

Sadie followed him like a lost puppy. She placed her jacket on and they walked out. See that he held the door for her. “Thank you” she said as she proceeded out the door, Johnny went right and so did she. She walked a pretty consisted pace with Jonathan’s. Where we off too? she said with a smile and looked at him. She wondered where they were going, you could go anywhere at this time of night. She doubt she’d go home any time soon, just because her home was boring and she hated it there. Especially since, her siblings moved in.

Sadie eyes drifted from Jon to the stores and what not around the way. She was cautious with ever step she took, but not as cautious as usual. Why because god only know what is lurking around at this hour. She always took precaution when she was in the streets alone, and usually with a friend but since it was a Tucker, she was a little les precautious. Was it because she was comfortable with him, or maybe was it because she knew he could fight. She didn’t know but she didn’t mind, this feeling that she had, this comfort level with someone, that she didn’t have to worry about, making sure he won’t hurt her.

Her hips went from side to side with every step that she took. This beat of her heart was usually fast, which made her walk fast but this time she was walking slower then usually. She placed one of her hands in the back pocket of her jeans. The hand that was on the opposite side of Jon. Sadie would look up occasionally at the sky, it was pretty at night. Everything was much more prettier at night.

Simply nodding to her thanks he walked at a slightly lazy pace. His eyes stared ahead unless by chance he saw someone in which case he scanned them openly. If he actually planed to steal from them he’d do it far more subtly, but right now he didn’t want to risk getting caught. There was always a chance that a little mistake would get someone angry and well he could handle himself he wouldn’t want to put Sadie in any possible danger. Thinking about the answer to her question he answered slowly with an odd question of his own, “Uh… nature, shop, or play?” He had picked three possible locations, the park, the mall, or the arcade. It didn’t actually matter to Jon, or occur to him really, that the latter two would be closed. It was just the things that came to his mind at that moment, he couldn’t say why.

Though he didn’t really seem observant of his surroundings at times Jon was constantly watching out of the corners of his eyes. He was always on his toes, due to the fact he bounced a bit even when he stood ‘still.’ Scanning every ally, every person who passed and every car, or store he was ready just in case. In this town people had to be wary of their surroundings, especially at night. Personally Jonathon had taken a few night beatings, but nothing that had been serious enough to keep him down. Normally he wouldn’t even be watching this much, but when he was with another person he had the habit of watching for them. If anything did happen he was the type of boy to sacrifice himself to protect a good friend, or any member of his family of coarse.

Though he wasn’t completely sure if she noticed Jonathon had glanced at her a few times already. Taking in the sway of her hips as she walked and the way she looked in the dimming light. Even if she did notice, it would probably be no surprise, he was a teenage boy after all and she had to know she looked good. After a moment of looking at her look at the sky and thinking a few thoughts that surpassed friendship he looked away, wondering if she would notice the faint blush on his cheeks, or it would be masked by the darkness.

Sadie was walking by his side, nothing you wouldn’t expect. Her eye were looking all over gazing the world before her. So many memories on this street, it wasn’t even funny. These memories flood into her mind like a water just breaking a dam. That weren’t bad ones, not all of them anyways. But they brought a smile to her already smiling face, because that is all she can do is smile when she is present of this boy.

Sadie was mummeries were broken by the voice of the boy next to her.“Uh… nature, shop, or play?”. That was a good question cause she like them all. “uhm.. How ‘bout nature, if that cool with you she said was a slanted smile. She honestly didn’t care when she went, as long as it wasn’t home. Well it wasn’t that she didn’t like it home it just that she wasn’t use to all the commotion, What was the new boy that Sasha was sneaking in, that she was trying to hide form Mom and Scott so they wouldn’t bite Sasha ,r the boys head off or even Sadie for not saying anything. But half the time she wasn’t even home. She was usually out rooming the street, or hiding out somewhere.

Sadie turned on her heals she was now walking back wards and a little faster then Jon so that she could see him, and he could see her. How rude is it to walk with someone and they can only see your back , that was worse, than then the rudest thing, she could think of. Sadie hoped that she wouldn’t walk into anything because knowing her she would, and it was dark, and she would probably fall on her ass . But for once she wouldn’t care, it was dark out and no one would know who or what she did, so she was fine. It wouldn’t be the first time anyways.

Sadie, watched as the light from the stores and the moon catch his face, his face glistened. “have you ever wonder where you go after death?” she asked. She knew that it was, but it was only there to break the silence. She doesn’t exactly like the silence, between two people it made it all awkward. That question she had asked, she honestly didn’t know the answer for, and she was really curious on his.

Once he had her answer Johnny took in the surroundings quickly, making sure he knew where they were and which was the best route to their destination. He figured going straight would be the best considering this street would be the best lit of the ones near here and it wouldn‘t be far to the cross street that led to the park. “Yeah, nature’s good.” In fact it would be the best of the options, considering he wouldn’t be breaking and entering that way. They would just have to make sure not to go to a part of the park that was hosting a beating, but that was fairly easy.

Watching her walk backwards Jon stopped flicking his eyes around. It was strangely calming to look into her face, even played with the dark gripping shadows of the night. He kept his eyes on her face, occasionally looking off into the sky, or at the surroundings. Once in awhile he swept the ground with his eyes for anything she could trip over, but most of the time he was looking at her. Mostly just to look, to take her in and capture her in his mind. It was tough liking someone you didn’t get to see that often and he enjoyed these times. The other reason to watch her was to make sure he could catch her if she started to fall, or more likely try and wind up on his ass beside her.

Pausing to consider her question Johnny looked up at the stars. The heavens were thought to be the place of the afterlife, but he wasn’t that sure that it was that way. It was in fact something he had considered and pondered, even talked to his science teacher about to waste class time. It was a perplexing idea that occasionally came up in his head in his mind’s random idea way. “Hmm…” he began, “Well I sometimes wish there was a plain for the dead where people were at peace to live on in bliss, but I think it would be incredibly boring, not to mention it doesn’t seem possible.” Looking at her instead of the sky he continued, “I think the passing over of energy makes the most sense, though it’s a bit sad considering it means after death there is nothing.” It was odd that most people thought Johnny stupid and in a sense he was. Normally he wasn't book smart, but that was more because he couldn't concentrate to learn and he was always fidgeting. In truth though he was pretty smart and dedicated when it came to certain things. Jon also thought a lot about things that came up and as a west death was one of them.
